APPLY for the 2006 IDEA Citizen Journalism Workshop NOW *
The Citizen Journalism Workshop is for young people between 15 and 18 years old. Participnts will be trained and equipped to produce short, youth-focused news segments that can be heard, and viewed by a large international audience via the IDEA Citizen Journalism Workshop. The Youth Media Forum will take place at the same time as the
annual IDEA Youth Forum in debate. Because the trainings conflict with
each other, registrants must choose to participate in the debate or
media program, but may NOT choose both.
The language of instruction for this workshop will be English.
* Please note that this is a selective event. We will be accepting up to 24 students for this event based on merit and cannot guarantee acceptance to everyone.
