Travel & Hotel Information

Claremont High School is located at 1601 N. Indian Hill Blvd, Claremont, CA, 91711. To get to the site from I-10, exit on Indian Hill and go north to the high school, on the left after Foothill Blvd. To get to the site from I-210, take the Towne exit, and go south to Foothill. Take a left on Foothill, and a left on Indian Hill. Claremont High School will be on the left.

El Roble Middle School is located at 665 N. Mountain Ave, Claremont, CA, 91711. From Claremont High School, take a right onto Indian Hill, a right onto Foothill, a left onto Mountain, and El Roble will be on the right.

If you are arriving by air, you should make arrangements to arrive at Ontario Airport (only 10-15 minutes from the City of Claremont). Taxi and shuttle transportation is approximately $15-25 to Claremont. Rental cars are available at the Ontario Airport. You may also, if you choose, fly into LAX (about 50 minutes away in light traffic), Burbank (about 1.5 hours away), or Long Beach (about 1.5 hours away). Ontario is by far the closest airport. The Claremont Inn is on 555 W. Foothill Boulevard. To get there from I-10, take the Indian Hill exit ion Claremont, go north, and turn left on Foothill. The Claremont Inn is on the right side of Foothill.

The tournament hotel is the Claremont Inn, located just blocks from the main tournament site, at 555 W. Foothill Boulevard. There is a special rate for our attendees in a block of rooms we have reserved -- $99 a night for quad or double occupancy. To secure this rate, you must reserve rooms by June 15th. After this date, the rate will increase to $169 a night. To reserve rooms, call 800-854-5733. Tell the reservation agent that you wish to secure rooms as part of the "Middle School Speech and Debate Tournament".
