Shipping & Returns

• All orders are processed and shipped from our Customer Service Center within 3 business days from receipt of your order.
• Orders are typically shipped via a traceable means, including UPS and DHL, unless you request another method of shipment when you place your order.
• Please provide a physical shipping address since these carriers cannot deliver to a post office box.
• For orders shipped outside the US, you are responsible for all customs, duty or brokerage charges.
• Customers who request us to use their organization's shipping account number will be charged an extra processing fee of $7 per order; no other shipping or handling fees will then apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Within 60 days of original purchase: IDEA gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

After 60 days of original purchase: IDEA will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).

You can send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method of shipping. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct. There's no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges—we'll just ask that you pay for the return postage.
